I understand this.. I spoke most days to my nana on the phone before she passed but I did not want to see her. I was a couple of hours away too, so was difficult anyway, but still Im glad, I have great memories of my roundish, healthy nana and not the wasted away body she became.
That woman had a sense of humour even facing her death , she would say with a grin on her face, " I always wanted to lose weight but this is not how I expected to" and "least my *kitten* won't look big in that coffin"
I miss her ..

Ic that two to three 5% alcohol beverages gets me drunk and I’ll have a pretty mean hangover the next day. Why am I such a lightweight and why can’t my body handle a little booze?0
