    Sat. Walking with group, Sunday off. Each workout is 60 minutes. We'll see how this goes!

    Hi everyone again . Here's to September! It's finally spring, so hopefully I'll be able to get out and about more often again. :)

    I am making an effort to do stairs 5 days a week now, so I'll be tracking them as time, but not distance. And I must say, it has already made a difference. We had seats for the Symphony as high as you could go in our concert hall last Friday, and I had no trouble at all getting up there. :)

    As for goals, I really want to do more than I did in August. Hopefully longer daylight hours and potentially warmer weather will allow me to do that.

    Today was my rest day. I met up with a couple of ladies from our 50 + thread. That was great fun! Then I spent the rest of the day at the hospital with my sister that had hip replacement surgery today. Not very much walking today.

    Hey @fanncy0626 - are you doing a modified version of Stronglifts? I've not seen anyone increase between sets before. Nice lifts though.

    Me, the morning walks are nice - I tried to throw in a walk/jog this morning which was not so good - turned a pleasant walk into something of a chore and that's the quickest way to get me to give up on it!!!

    So far:

    Totals
    Cycling - 14/ 60 miles
    Walking - 30.5/40 miles
    Swim - 100 laps
    Swing/blues class - 3/ 4 times

    Total mileage target - 44.5/ 100 miles

    dance class tonight, and then a beery weekend - pub crawl Friday night followed by a birthday party Saturday. This could get messy but I'll try and fit in something!!!

    I'm back... Didn't quite make it last month but sticking with the 300 again this month

    9/2 - 20.01 miles, road bike, riding with the Wed. night group
    9/3 - 6.08 miles, road bike, pushed short ride, 16.02 ave.
    9/5 - 16.40 miles, road bike, chased home by a thunderstorm (windy) 14.75 ave
    9/6 - 36.1 miles, road bike, rode trail, 97 degrees, 14.02 ave.
    9/9 - 19.97 miles, road bike, riding with the Wed. night group

    hmmmm. sadly the sore throat and icky stomach developing may be curtailing my party weekend. :(

    didn't do the morning walk this morning, but that's fine because I had a late night after a shag class. Only three and a half miles to go to hit my walking miles target with a total of 6 miles yesterday!!!! Think I might try and do a walk this evening even if I DON'T go on the pub crawl just to get those miles ticked off!!!

    Managed to squeeze in an extra 8 mile cycle yesterday between work and badminton bringing me to 56 / 150 miles
    Need to make sure I get some miles in this weekend but nothing planned just yet
