    Sep 2 - 1.4 km walking (17 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

Hi everyone again . Here's to September! It's finally spring, so hopefully I'll be able to get out and about more often again. :)

I am making an effort to do stairs 5 days a week now, so I'll be tracking them as time, but not distance. And I must say, it has already made a difference. We had seats for the Symphony as high as you could go in our concert hall last Friday, and I had no trouble at all getting up there. :)

As for goals, I really want to do more than I did in August. Hopefully longer daylight hours and potentially warmer weather will allow me to do that.
    Totals:

Sep Cycling Outside: 0 km (0 min)
    Sep Cycling Inside: 0 min
Sep Walking: 5.6 km (69 min)
Sep Stairs: 50 flights (36 min)
    Sep Other:
Sep Time Total: 105 min = 1 hour 45 min
Sep Distance Total: 5.6 km = 3.4 miles

    Sep 3 - 1.5 km (18 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)
Sep 4 - 3.5 km (45 min) ... a beautiful day, 18 degrees, sunshine, and a wonderful walk on the beach
Sep 5 - 16 km (50 min) ... outside! A bit breezy but otherwise not too bad + 3 km (35 min) walk on the beach
    Sep 6 - 1.5 km (18 min) walk to a waterfall
    Totals

Sep Cycling Outside: 16 km (50 min)
    Sep Cycling Inside: 0 min
Sep Walking: 15.1 km (185 min)
Sep Stairs: 75 flights (54 min)
    Sep Other:
Sep Time Total: 289 min = 4 hour 49 min
Sep Distance Total: 31.1 km = 19.3 miles

    Sep 7 - 2.5 km (30 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

    Sep 8 - 2.7 km (32 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

    Sep 9 - 5 km (60 min) + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)
    Totals

Sep Cycling Outside: 16 km (50 min)
    Sep Cycling Inside: 0 min
Sep Walking: 25.3 km (307 min)
Sep Stairs: 150 flights (108 min)
    Sep Other:
Sep Time Total: 465 min = 7 hour 45 min
Sep Distance Total: 41.3 km = 25.6 miles

And thanks everyone ... I'm slowly but surely getting closer to my long distance cycling weight of about 12 years ago. :)

    Sep 10 - 4.2 km (52 min) walking + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

    Sep 11 - 4.6 km (55 min) walking + 35 min on trainer + 30 flights of stairs (21 min)

    Sep 12 - 3 km (38 min) walking + 38.6 km (120 min) cycling

    Sep 13 - 32.3 km (100 min) cycling

    Totals

Sep Cycling Outside: 86.9 km (270 min)
    Sep Cycling Inside: 35 min
Sep Walking: 37.1 km (452 min)
Sep Stairs: 205 flights (147 min)

@ jeanniewes- No I am not retired, work 40 hrs a week. I work 6am to 2:30 pm so give me alot of afternoon time. Also it doesn't get dark until about 9:45 pm but that's changing fast. Down to about 8:15 now. At least the mowing will slow down so maybe I can keep it up.

I admire your dedication Steve! That's for sure. My husband and I have Bikes. He is retiring end of the year. I am in hopes WE can do some regular Bike riding next Spring. I will still walk as much as possible through out the Winter. I hate when it gets Dark early! I love having more outside time. I also do not mind mowing. When the leaves fall I will have too migrate from using the Push mower too the riding one as we have so many leaves only the Large mower can handle those. I love digging in the dirt, planting, etc. I will miss that...

Today we have errands in the Big City. I will get some sort of walking there. I hope too get in a fast walk (at mall) while Husband goes too a mandatory meeting.

EVERYONE HAVE A REALLY GREAT DAY! :) You're all doing GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT! lol
