Great challenge! I'm in, please. I'm very new to these boards. I would love to work this challenge! Starts today, I'll just be 1day behind, but that's not stopping my motivation! 100 days of exercise is just perfect for where I am on the healthy path.2

Hi everyone! Today I went to buy some fabric for my fashion collection. Usually I go with my bike, it takes me 30 min to get there and back home. So since I was already on a bike I decided to take a longer route and did one hour of cycling. Point of this story - you can use your daily routine for exercise.1

Zumba class tonight. I wanted to miss but I just can't screw up my 100 day challenge on day 2. I'm glad I went because it improved my mood. Lol0

This was an hour of intense HIIT, altnating between aerobic and core exercises. It was brutal.
Tomorrow and Thursday are my recovery days! I plan on doing yoga and some walking. WOOT!

Day1: up 5 flights of stairs, down 6. A lot for me at once, new to moving so much. Yes, sedentary...that's why I'm doing the challenge. 3 mos should have me movin'. 25 mins walking extra. All in all a solid start.0

I finally went to the gym at 5:45 am and did the elliptical for 25 min and stretching for 5 min. So I guess I am going officially say this day one for me.0
-
O.K. day 3: recovery day, so 1 hour of walking my dogs, brisk pace.0

Awesome. The important thing to remember is that you started. Keep it coming.

Good morning, everyone! Day 4: Jillian's BR Phase 1 workout 1. I know what you are all thinking - Jillian again? But I just love her.0

Day three for me! Officially a recovery day. I did 50 minutes of pilates. I found an old 10 minute solutions dvd floating around and gave it a shot. It was perfect for today.0
-
Day 3: 15 minutes of Yoga. (Must be better than nothing. Feels better than nothing, at any rate)0

Your body needs regular rest days, so this challenge is not a good idea.0

Rest doesn't mean you have to sit around all day. Two days a week I do something really light, like Leslie Sansone, pilates, yoga, low impact aerobics or a good long walk. The other five days I've devoted to lifting, aerobics, HIIT all with varying intensities.

Agree and you can do yoga on rest days.. So it is stretching0 -
Did 30 min walk.. Whole foods just opened so didn't feel like getting out of parking lot.. So took a walk0
-
For day 2: 6 flights up then down, & 25 mins walk. Feels good! FYI: I work nights, so a lot of my posts are late/early around 7pm-7:30am. It's great to see everyone doing so much! Motivating!0
