Day 38: nov 3: walked > 10,000 steps. Went to first NHL game. Blues lost to LA, but so fun!! Cold, cold in arena. Kept moving & walking to stay warm.
Day 39: Nov 4: yoga 10 mins, Zumba 30 mins. Tried it. Like it. Even if I look ridiculous. Lol.
You had a great couple of days there. Glad you liked zumba. I always feel like a dancer until I look in the mirror during zumba. Lol

Day 40: 15 mins Zumba, 30 min walk, then planks & tried both "Sworkit" then "7", both short exercise apps using only body. I love vacation! Can do things in my own schedule, so trying a few different things out, so am ready to return to work.0

I was working with a challenging class of pre-schoolers and I really REALLY needed to de-stress, lol!0 -
I totally failed at my arm and ab challenge. Stopped that a while ago to start lifting heavier. I'm totally ok with that instead right now. Had Zumba today and it was great.0
