I misspoke, it's a brutal workout! Fitness blender is a website that offers free exercise videos. What's great about them is that they offer literally hundreds of videos with options for everything you'd want to do. HIIT is an acronym for "High Intensity Interval Training."

HIIT is when you work at almost your max (or almost your max), just giving it your all for a short period of time. Then you have a very short (active, keep moving) rest and then you go back to that activity, once again giving it your all. So like 20 seconds jumping jacks, 10 second rest, 20 seconds jumping jacks, 10 second rest, 20 seconds jumping jacks, 10 seconds rest and then you move onto another exercise, like burpees and do the same pattern.

    Here's the workout I did.

Day 94- 40 minutes weights, cardio, calisthenics. It was a workout I found on youtube from the fitness channel. Plus a 15 minute walk.

Thanks @quiltlovinlisa - I will check that site out, though will probably start with something that DOESN'T have brutal in the title!

Day 24 - I went to a 45 minute rowing class - great fun and a good workout but LOUD! I will take earplugs next time (and a towel).
Will also do the 30 squats for the challenge I am in.

Day 1: did some Turbo...remembered that I don't really like it!
Day 2:. Battle buddies with my husband. Can't wait to be able to do that one easily again, it was a bit brutal today.

I am going to join as of Oct 1st! I did a 30+ minute dog walk Sat, Sun and today. I generally walk Sadie everyday. Today I have actually done over 10K steps and a 30 lifting session (arms)
