Less then what they burn, I try to eat whole foods you can eat so much more calorie vs calories I can have a ton of oatmeal vs a Bowl of ice cream im talking stuffing my belly full (granted its oatmeal vs icecream) boy do I love ice cream. Get yourself educated and if you eat decent and excercise you can still have a couple pieces of Pizza or a bowl of ice cream
Hmmmm...wondering if I FREEZE oatmeal if it will be a suitable ice cream replacement...0 -
lots of food
around 4000 calories a day from fruits and vegetables. i try to eat as much of sweet sugary fruits as i can.0 -
I eat pizza and burgers and ice cream and Pop-tarts and tacos, and I'm skinny.
I ate the same stuff when I was fat.
The magic? I eat less of it now than before.0 -
They eat food, just like us fat people. They just eat less. And they move more. Pretty simple concept, really.
But no matter WHAT foods they eat, they eat less of them.0 -
The way to go is to make healthy clean versions of the foods you enjoy
IMO that's the way to yo-yo diet. Cutting out the foods you actually like in favor of "healthy" or "clean" versions often leads to relapsing and binging. Pretty much all the people I know that have been successful long-term, including myself, don't do that sort of thing.0 -

check out the "100 Days of Real Food" blog on facebook. It has lots of kid friendly, easy recipes and lunch ideas. Mostly you have to quit the junk food. Watch "Forks over Knives" on Netflix. It will help show you how junk food is so bad.0

food.. generally speaking...just not as much as the fat people..
Although some of them eat strictly cocaine and alochol and vomit alot.. depends on how skinny you're talkin...0 -
When losing weight, modifying your outlook towards food is equally as vital as the actual food you eat. My personal mantra is that some people live to eat, while others eat to live. Combined with exercise, my mental strength helped me lose 35+ pounds!0

The funny thing about skinny people; they either eat nothing or everything. Your welcome.0
