    Winked too hard and broke her eyeball socket, which caused her eye to fall out of her face. She freaked out and flailed around, slamming into a mirror and breaking it. The shattered mirror glass severed the drooping eye, and she bled to death.

    Out hiking ..walking along the track when she tripped..unfortunately the track was beside a 100m drop into a raging river..lucky she survived the fall and got out of the river...walked back to her camp and built a fire to warm herself..she got too close and her clothes caught a light but she pulled them off before any damage was done...she poured herself a drink to settle her jangled nerves and failed to see the rare frog in her water...she swallowed it..gulp..
    It was a very poisonous frog..dead in seconds ...a sad but true tale
