    11/10; Day 13 of cycling app. 1 minute intervals at 85% effort. I nearly died. Haha.
    11/11: Rest day though I logged 10min for mopping floors to motivate me to do it. I hate mopping floors.
    11/12: cycled Day 14 of app.
    11/13: Swam 400 yards
    11/14: Cleaned house for 5 hours straight. It felt like workout!
    11/15: Missed my cycling app long ride due to unexpected circumstances. 11/16: Missed today too.
    11/17: repeated day 13 of the app ride so that I can do the long ride this weekend. (Burned 405 calories)
    11/18: Stationary bike for 46min. (Burned 805 calories)
    11/19: no exercise
    11/20: 1 hour walk at slow pace with a kiddo in tow.


    Goals for this week.

    - One or more sessions of either swimming or yoga.

    11/14: Cleaned house for 5 hours straight. It felt like workout!
    11/15: Missed my cycling app long ride due to unexpected circumstances. 11/16: Missed today too.
    11/16 ??? I don't remember.
    11/17: repeated day 13 of the app ride so that I can do the long ride this weekend. (Burned 405 calories)

    Well a busy weekend, although didn’t make it dancing on Friday night as too sleepy. Saturday spent the day in London at an exhibition of evidence of historic crimes. Plenty of pistols used to murder people, shovels used to bury wives (Crippen) and stocking masks used to rob banks. Most of the exhibition was to show how ordinary the evidence can be (a suitcase, a coat, a kitchen knife) but also how modern policing and detective work has developed (the first use of fingerprints as evidence for example).

    Sunday I spent the day cleaning the house and going to the tip, as my housemate has her family visiting next week and quite frankly I was embarrassed at the state of it (not dirty, just cluttered). It feels so much NICER now!!!
    Gym this morning – I’m doing okay on c25k – this week I thought would be hard as it quickly goes to 3 minute stints of running, but it was okay – just ask me again at the end of the week though….

    Walking/slightly faster walking what some might call running miles: 48.5/50
    cycling:0/40
    swim laps:64/100
    Lindy/Shag dance hours:2.5/10

    Total mileage:48.5/90

    resigned to the fact that I won't make my mileage target, but happy with my progress on regular early morning gym trips and c25k on target!!

    11/4 - 17.76 miles, road bike, 14.75 ave., 72.14 minutes, 1007 calories.
    11/6 - 14.31 miles, road bike, one of those fall days every direction I turned was against the wind.
    11/7 - 25.61 miles, road bike, another windy one!
    11/8 - 8.49 miles, road bike, getting my year goal done 1200 miles.
    11/11 - 10.19 miles, road bike, windy as a big storm front coming thru.
    11/13 - 8.54 miles, road bike, 22 mph winds gusts to 35
    11/14 - 21.81miles, road bike, pretty Nov. day
    11/15 - 10.69 miles, road bike, 64* sunny and beautiful.
    11/18 - 16.4 miles, bike on trainer, rainy and windy day

    interesting weekend it sounds! Ordinary evidence... My son is a policeman, he says criminals are not the smartest people. When investigating don't start by over thinking the scene. When you think aww he wouldn't of done that....or left that.. or been that stupid, yep he did, let's go get him and talk to him. lol

    The exhibition uses evidence from the Crime Museum which is used as a training centre of objects for detectives (and not normally open to the public). I thought they should have had one room devoted to the ENTIRE body of evidence of a crime, if only to see how much ordinary stuff the police have to sift through to connect the dots. CSI it ain't!!!

    In terms of modern day crimes that have caught the imagination lately, most of the British public are waiting for the Hatton Garden raid to become a movie - it has all the hallmarks of an Ealing comedy - bungling police, aging criminals, the sort of crime that was so obvious when it was happening over a THREE DAY period.....and they get the men at the end.

    I'm in. My goals for November: ride recumbent bike 450 miles, 30 hours minimum. 2 days a week AB and upper body strength training.

    11/2: 20.3 miles in 75 minutes
    11/3: 7.7 miles in 30 minutes + 20 minutes turbo jam
    11/4: 19.9 miles in 75 minutes
    11/5: rest
    11/6: 24 miles in 90 minutes
    11/7: 23.7 miles in 90 minutes
    11/8: 20 miles in 75 minutes
    11/9: rest
    11/10: 18.7 miles in 75 minutes
    11/11: 19.6 miles in 75 minutes
    11/12: 8.1 miles in 30 minutes
    11/13: rest day, bad pain day
    11/14: 15.8 miles in 60 minutes
    11/15: 23.8 miles in 90 minutes
    11/16: 24.2 miles in 90 minutes

    11/1 - 10.11 miles, road bike, got 4 days of good warm weather coming this week,43.26 minutes,517 calories
    11/2 - 12.99 miles, road bike, 11.94 ave. rode first 7.6 miles with the wife, 65.19 minutes, 761 caloreies.
    11/4 - 17.76 miles, road bike, 14.75 ave., 72.14 minutes, 1007 calories.
    11/6 - 14.31 miles, road bike, one of those fall days every direction I turned was against the wind.
    11/7 - 25.61 miles, road bike, another windy one!
    11/8 - 8.49 miles, road bike, getting my year goal done 1200 miles.
    11/11 - 10.19 miles, road bike, windy as a big storm front coming thru.
    11/13 - 8.54 miles, road bike, 22 mph winds gusts to 35
    11/14 - 21.81miles, road bike, pretty Nov. day
