    I'm in goal 200 miles

    11/1 - 10.11 miles, road bike, got 4 days of good warm weather coming this week,43.26 minutes,517 calories
    11/2 - 12.99 miles, road bike, 11.94 ave. rode first 7.6 miles with the wife, 65.19 minutes, 761 caloreies.
    11/4 - 17.76 miles, road bike, 14.75 ave., 72.14 minutes, 1007 calories.
    11/6 - 14.31 miles, road bike, one of those fall days every direction I turned was against the wind.
    11/7 - 25.61 miles, road bike, another windy one!
    11/8 - 8.49 miles, road bike, getting my year goal done 1200 miles.
    11/11 - 10.19 miles, road bike, windy as a big storm front coming thru.
    11/13 - 8.54 miles, road bike, 22 mph winds gusts to 35
    11/14 - 21.81miles, road bike, pretty Nov. day

    11/10; Day 13 of cycling app. 1 minute intervals at 85% effort. I nearly died. Haha.
    11/11: Rest day though I logged 10min for mopping floors to motivate me to do it. I hate mopping floors.
    11/12: cycled Day 14 of app.
    11/13: Swam 400 yards
    11/14: Cleaned house for 5 hours straight. It felt like workout!
    11/15: Missed my cycling app long ride due to unexpected circumstances. 11/16: Missed today too. 11/16 ??? I don't remember.
    11/17: repeated day 13 of the app ride so that I can do the long ride this weekend. (Burned 405 calories)

    11/16: Missed today too.
    11/18: Stationary bike for 46min. (Burned 805 calories)
    11/19: no exercise
    11/20: 1 hour walk at slow pace with a kiddo in tow.
    11/21 no exercise
    11/22: Day 15 of the cycling app. According to the stationary bike, I rode 23 miles and burned 1200+ calories. I rode for 95minutes as instructed by the app.

    11/23: Only some light swimming with my daughter.
    11/24: Day 16 of app
    11/25: nothing



    Goals for this week.
    - Cycling app week 6.
    - One or more sessions of either swimming or yoga.
    - Sitting less during the day.

    me again!!!

    a quick trip to Wales for work slightly upset my gym routine, meaning I need to go over the weekend (I try to keep my weekends gym free for other exciting activities!) but never mind. I did have a nice walk down a country lane to the pub where I was staying, entertained by an ever expanding bunch of old codgers enjoying some of the NINE ciders on the list!!! The walk back along Water Street to the bed and breakfast was a cautious one, as water was a good name for it - having streams running either side of the road section!!

    gym and walking mostly this week, and shifting floorboards and digging around in the dirt.

    Walking/slightly faster walking what some might call running miles: 57/50

    swim laps:64/100
    Lindy/Shag dance hours:2.5/10

    Thank U Machka! I am still a bit behind from the summer months but some is better than none. I'm also having problems with my Exercise bike. It is getting louder and louder. Think we'll have too replace the bearings. Cant do that for several more weeks. Husband retires on Dec 19th so perhaps I can get some things done around here. lol

    girlinahat...you travel a lot! Love traveling. Will keep you young!!!!!

    It has rained cats and dogs for two solid days. No way too get out. We've had flooding here. I managed too stay really busy in the house. However with no walks past two days my ending miles are as above...

    I am short by 14.5 Walking miles.... :(

    TOTAL miles for November 2015....85.5

    Gonna go and make us a new area for December...BRB

    11/10; Day 13 of cycling app. 1 minute intervals at 85% effort. I nearly died. Haha.
    11/11: Rest day though I logged 10min for mopping floors to motivate me to do it. I hate mopping floors.
    11/12: cycled Day 14 of app.
    11/13: Swam 400 yards
    11/14: Cleaned house for 5 hours straight. It felt like workout!
    11/15: Missed my cycling app long ride due to unexpected circumstances. 11/16: Missed today too. 11/16 ??? I don't remember.
    11/17: repeated day 13 of the app ride so that I can do the long ride this weekend. (Burned 405 calories)

    11/16: Missed today too.
    11/18: Stationary bike for 46min. (Burned 805 calories)
    11/19: no exercise
    11/20: 1 hour walk at slow pace with a kiddo in tow.
    11/21 no exercise
    11/22: Day 15 of the cycling app. According to the stationary bike, I rode 23 miles and burned 1200+ calories. I rode for 95minutes as instructed by the app.

    11/23: Only some light swimming with my daughter.
    11/24: Day 16 of app
    11/25: nothing
    11/26: Day 17 of app
    11/27: nothing
    11/28: walking ariund a museum
    11/29: nothing

    11/30: Nothing.



    Goals for this week.
    - Cycling app week 6. - almost go there.
    - One or more sessions of either swimming or yoga. - half way successful this month.
    - Sitting less during the day. - I would say I managed about 80% of this goal.

    All in all, I am doing A LOT better. I will see you in December.
