    I'm in goal 200 miles

    11/1 - 10.11 miles, road bike, got 4 days of good warm weather coming this week,43.26 minutes,517 calories
    11/2 - 12.99 miles, road bike, 11.94 ave. rode first 7.6 miles with the wife, 65.19 minutes, 761 caloreies.
    11/4 - 17.76 miles, road bike, 14.75 ave., 72.14 minutes, 1007 calories.
    11/6 - 14.31 miles, road bike, one of those fall days every direction I turned was against the wind.
    11/7 - 25.61 miles, road bike, another windy one!

    I have set my garmin to beep once every 15 mins to remind me to drink. I agree it can be difficult in cold weather. A glass of water before starting and a glass after arriving home will also help...

    Went around the block yesterday, 3 times. A little over 6.5 miles in 44 minutes. Doing the same again tonight until its faster and.easier, part of that is sand. Won't be doing cycling tomorrow so getting it in tonight.

    @hophead28 - Winter - Ice, snow, wind chill, temps below 40 degrees. Spring/Summer - strong/gusty winds, lightning, torrential rain.

    I'm pretty much a wimp when it comes to cold, would much rather be hot. Been caught in thunderstorms many times. Don't mind getting wet, but I definitely don't like cloud to head lightning.

    Monsoon rain and pollution index over 130 though I prefer not to ride in full sun where possible as I can't find a sunscreen that I can't sweat off

    2) Cold rain ... like when it is just above freezing and pouring rain


    Otherwise I have cycled in everything from -40 C/F to + 40C and all sorts of weather.

    We had a Thanksgiving potluck at work yesterday, and I tried to be good, but still ate too much. So I came home from work and rode 20 miles to work it off. Scales only went up 1/4 of a pound. So I guess it all evened out.

    I dont mind rain but I usually wont start a home based ride if it's actively raining. I am now dealing with 40-45F degree start times for my commutes but I am hanging in there. I hope ride a few more weeks before it gets too cold to commute.

    I just did 90 minutes in the gym today. In the warmer months I average about 60 miles a week outside. This winter I'm going to try to keep it up inside. Hopefully netflix helps me through the boredom of indoor cardio :)
