    Most crucial step of meeting my 1-ride this month goal is met. I got the bike down and tires filled. A quick spin around the block proved its road worthy. First ride in forever will be this week.

    1st Dec: 31.96 km @ 28.94 (sprint intervals)
    2nd Dec: 39.58 km @ 29.32 (tempo)
    3rd Dec: 52.60 km @ 29.36 (base +12 km tempo)
    4th Dec: 40.74 km @ 29.4 (cadence intervals)
    6th Dec: 31.81 km @ 29.1 (cadence intervals)
    7th dec: 40.66 km @ 28.66 (traffic light sprint starts)

    Month to date: 237.35 km
    Remaining: 362.65 km

    12/1 - 13.1 miles, indoors, 465 calories, 50 minutes

    I did 320 klm and 6000 metres of climbing 2 weeks ago over 3 days then 120 klms and 1900 metres of climbing last week in a day and a quick 40 klms this morning.

    Just done 10 km on exercise bike so my total so far 14 miles...only 186 to go hard having multiple sclerosis but ill get there :)
