- Lose a total of 25 lbs by end of August - Down 17.5 lbs, 7.5 lbs to go yikes!
- Make it to the 170s - 5.4 lbs to go
- Start c210k - Haven't run in awhile...might have to revisit this starting in September
Updates in bold...and a new one- Reach 60 lbs lost (total) - 9.3 lbs to go

Only one "bad" food item a day.
Also a "new" old bra fitting better. Aka, going down a bit of a cup. One of the worst things about weight for me is my boobs not properly fitting into my bras anymore. It's the worst. Walking, stairs or when it fits while standing but not while sitting. Wleuhg.3 -
If I lose 1 pound, I will shift from the "overweight" category to "normal" on that stupid, possibly inaccurate, BMI chart I found on the internet. So that's my goal for this week!20

Feeling more mentally and physically energized at work, which ironically means doing more with less.5

My first beech vacation in december after having baby...need to lose 11 kg4

I think I finally met all my previous goals: losing the vacation weight and finishing C25K.
New goals:
1. Below 190 lbs by Sept 1. Not sure if doable.
2. Continue with a Bridge 2 10K program (about to start week 2).
3. Don't die when I run my 5K race on Sunday.
4. Below 185lbs by end of September.
5. Finish my 10K race Sept 24th.
6. Below 180 lbs by end of October.
7. Below 175 lbs by end of November (will have me right around overweight instead of obese).
8. Run at least 3x/week while the weather is decent (probably until mid-November) and 2x/week over the winter to maintain my conditioning. This may require a gym membership as I don't own, or have room for, a treadmill. But I'm hoping to do most of them outdoors.
I will modify this as I go!12 -
Im nearly at my goal although small. 3 weeks ago i cut out sugar, potatoes and pasta. Not missing the sugar in my coffee so thats sustainable. I miss my potato and pasta. Next monday is the last day and have weigh in with my pt. Dropped 2kg which for me is awesome.7

Didn't make my 10lbs off in July. That's ok because 8lbs down is great!!
New Mini Goals: (cw 225 lbs /gw 145)
1) get to 60lbs down (3 lbs to go)
2) hit my halfway point (11.5 lbs to go)
3) get to wonderland (25.2 lbs to go)16 -
Mini-Goals
1. Weight: 149 lbs - 6 lbs to go
2. Fitness - run 5k without breaks - currently at 3.5
3. Diet- eat breakfast every day, bring lunch to work every day (save $ and calories)8 -
I'm just now starting my journey but my main goal is to get to a healthy weight so that my husband and I can have a baby. All of the weight has caused many issues with my hormones and body so I can't even get pregnant. Plus it wouldn't be healthy for me to get pregnant at the weight I'm currently at.13

Miami Carnival in October, I must look good in my costume.5
-
I have a weekend of camping and weaponry 8th-10th Sept. (Swordpunk! cannot wait!!) now I think I am fit enough, but would like to be consistent with my weight training in order to be able to wield the heavy things for longer!9

These are all fun and great mini-goals: best wishes to everyone! Mine is to be the lowest weight I've been since adulthood. I was there for literally a nanosecond two years ago; like, I held my balance just right on the scale and called it a victory! When I get there this time, (only 13 lbs away!), it will be for real and I'll continue the trend downward. 13 lbs--I can do this!!!!!11

I absolutely love this thread, the whole app is worth just this thread for me! Love motivated and positive people!
I just FINALLY broke out of a two-week plateau around 220. Seriously, I have no idea what was going on with my body because I was drinking more water, working out more, and killin' it on my meal planning. Someone can enlighten me on that if they want.
Goal: Not gain weight over the weekend (going to the State Fair where everything is fried on a stick in Iowa). Hoping to kill this last 7lbs so I can break 210 by the end of this month!13 -
A family wedding in October. For the last two Oct. weddings I have been 8 months pregnant!4
-
Going to Kona in January. I have been in a self inflicted plateau for nearly 3 months now...my goal is to lose 4-5 pounds per month from now until then. I know I can do it. I just need to love myself enough to see it through.....Im 52 years old and the last time I went to Hawaii I was nearly 90 pounds heavier than I am now so I know it will be a much funner experience already but I need this for ME, my mind, my heart.....Good luck everyone in your goals!13

Getting well..I'm Sick this week..caused by stress....I will feel better soon6

-
For me its being in the best shape of my life at 49! What about you?16

My mini goal is to be able to run for a mile straight. I haven't been able to do it since freshman year of high school. I'm up to about 8 mins of jogging, but I need to increase to about 14 minutes at the pace that I run.8
-
First mini goal is 180 - have been trying to get to that number for years. Was 181 this morning!! Next goal is 175 before we go on holiday end of September!7

me too. My sister is coming to visit me the last week of Sept. Thats 5 weeks away. I would love to lose 5kgs (11lbs) which should be possible as I feel I am right at the top of my weight again. Even if I don't lose 5kgs I am committing to working out 5 times per week and eating actual food with very little junk. This should become easier as the kiddo's are back to school this week so my life should become much more routined again

I'm doing body comp testing every two months. At my last test, I'd added two pounds of muscle. At my next test, I hope to add another two pounds of lean mass. I know a pound a month is max for a woman, but so far, so good!3

I've been thinking about this since posting. Tonight I was supposed to do C25k W5D2- 8 minute runs. When I was about to finish my first 8 minute run, I thought "what if I went on to 13.5 minutes (1 mile)?" And then I just did it!! I fist pumped and almost cried

Oh and my next goal is to get down to conquer C25k W5D3- the dreaded 20 minute run. I was so scared of it but not anymore!8
-
One der land..30 lbs to go then to be able to cross my legs
