The funny thing is that if I had known what it was before trying it, I might have thought I wouldn't like it!
Ok I'm putting my breakfast in the delicious category too... Kodiak frontier pancakes with almond caramel butter and warmed pink lady apples. So good and satisfying.0 -

White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies! And turkey and stuffing. And my MIL's coleslaw (hate coleslaw... hers is delicious). And these Lindt orange chocolate slice ball thingies....
And last night I had a seared Ahi salad from Outback that was delicious...

-Artichoke asiago spread (I've been using it to stuff mushrooms, or top little bruschetta toasts - gets all gooey and melty in the oven)
-Baked brie with cherry almond jam
-Peppermint ice cream with homemade hot fudge
-Overnight blueberry cream cheese French toast for Christmas breakfast
And don't get me started on the cookies this month! It has been a difficult month.0 -

I gained 5 pounds in a couple of weeks around mid-December - and now I've been sick for the last week (even though I did have that French toast on Christmas), so almost all of the 5 pounds are gone!0 -
