    Day 9. 30 minute run that turned into a walk when I met my husband and dog on the strand. Nice! He can sure walk uphill fast.

    Day 9/30 went to gym with friend and Did 30 mins on treadmill - 205 cals. Lovely day though and really should have done it in the park!

    Just found this challenge. I'll start posting today. Also looking for some motivation burnt out on the gym. Changing it up is a good idea. My work day starts at 6AM. Evening workouts are tough and the gym is usually packed which adds stress.

    Days 10 and 11 consisted of 60 minutes of walking each day. I said I wanted to mix things up, then I got a fitbit and I am finding walking simple, easy, and motivating. Guess I'll stick with it for now.

    Day 12 was 65 minutes of the bike at the gym :)
