Everyone thinks "Blood, Sweat, and Tears" sounds cool, but if you told somebody you'd been bleeding, sweating, and crying all day they would probably be seriously concerned for your mental well being.

Yum! It all looks and sounds so good! Pickles or cucumber; either sounds good! Not so sure about soft bacon.

I looove crispy bacon, but as part of a works burger it does tend to be soft or only slightly crispy... not sure why. It's still so good though.

Why do people raise their hands to their heads after a close call?

For example, if I am watching a game of football (soccer) and my team narrowly misses the goal, me and the whole crowd reach for our heads and hiss “ooooooooh”

I’m sure there must be some biological trigger or something? e.g. reaching to protect our weakest part (our heads) in moments of “stress”, for example?

Dunno - just obsessed with watching the reactions of crowds at sporting events now. Try it. Always hands to heads.

In 1920 kids thought "100 years from now, people must have flying cars!" but really, a massive worldwide network of data utilizing the processing power of billions of devices allowing complex communication across the globe is somehow more impressive.
