Get yourself a two in one dating/fitness app. It’s like pert plus.

The term “frac” is an abbreviation of the word “fracture”.
There is no “k” in the word fracture,
    hence no k in frac.

The earthquakes we had here in Oklahoma were not as a result of “fracture treating” zones.

They were the result of produced salt water (dewatering, well is produced making thousands of barrels of salt water a day, the oil and natural gas are extracted from the water and the water is pumped back down into a deep
    zone).

It had nothing to do with fracing.

But wouldn’t you pronounce that with a soft C?

    No ma’am I pronounce it with a
    hard C.

I know there’s jokes in there somewhere.

No, no. I promise no joke. Just the way that you spelled it I think would be pronounced with a soft C sound and that’s why people add the K to make that differentiation. I’m interested in that kind of English language stuff. Please forgive me for going off on a tangent. I do that sometimes.

This is so sad! All the chemicals that are put into our food, the constant food porn advertisements, and the rise in general unhappiness and mental illness are huge contributing factors, not to mention stress. We all need to wake up to the fact that this is an all out assault and we really need to care more about our health!

    BAD - basic American diet

How did we get here ?? Greed - gluttony ?? Why do we outlaw some things that are bad but allow others that are worse - because those can make a buck and some sell the dream to others who live the nightmare so to speak - and why do some overcome it while others can’t - hell you and I been on both sides of this ride - and still we have our vices that we are dealing with - again the human condition- quite fascinating

All of that and more. This is a relatively new phenomenon. The rates have tripled in the last 50 or so years. I am sure it is the food supply (from crop production to processed and fast foods growth and more), marketing, more reasons to sit in front of a screen, and who knows what else. Really is fascinating and scary. The irony of the land that has it all but never enough eventually being crushed by it's own fat.

I have been going down that rabbit hole lately. It’s pretty insane. I was watching a video where this man goes down all the grocery store isles and researches who owns the products. And who owns that company. Literally there’s there is three companies that own a large part of our food supply. It’s pretty scary. We have an illusion of choice. Then to top it off the side effects of chemicals have been insane. I’ve been trying to be better. I know Aldi has higher food standards so I’ve been trying to get things from there and next on the list to buy a cow from the farmer/butcher. Because the things that they put in meat is 😵‍💫 including the dyes.

The cancer percentage when I was growing up was 1 and 9. I saw a commercial where it says 50% of people will get cancer. That’s insane to me.

Its to the point if you do eat in a way that allows you to be extremely healthy and fit people condemn that. I have an unusually simple diet with very little of what people would call "cheat meals or "bad foods" in my diet. I have eaten primarily meats and vegetables with not much else for as long as i can remember. I dont mention it , but on the rare occasion i do the comments are usually....you are so boring.....i could never be with someone that has to be like that.....well arent you a barrel of laughs. Dumb *kitten* like that. My response is, i love meals with friends and loved ones.....its never about food for me its about the people. I dont get my lifes kicks out of food....i enjoy people, and activity. Both of which i can enjoy vigorously because of my "boring" diet. And honestly, i dont care what others eat enjoy whatever you want. Its just odd that with an obesity issue so out of control, its looked at as a negative to not be part of the problem. I feel for those struggling. I have for many years worked at trying to help people find a healthier path while still being able to enjoy rhemselves....and if that means foods they love, so be it. Not a judge....just making my way like everyone else.

Sometimes I just want to give a gold star to our clients who make it through the irs verification questions to docusign their returns. I just feel so proud they knew the answers!

And a special shout out to the ones who aren't computer people who get through it so I don't have to be annoyed by phone calls that end up making me do double the work. :)
