This is so sad! All the chemicals that are put into our food, the constant food porn advertisements, and the rise in general unhappiness and mental illness are huge contributing factors, not to mention stress. We all need to wake up to the fact that this is an all out assault and we really need to care more about our health!
I have been going down that rabbit hole lately. It’s pretty insane. I was watching a video where this man goes down all the grocery store isles and researches who owns the products. And who owns that company. Literally there’s there is three companies that own a large part of our food supply. It’s pretty scary. We have an illusion of choice. Then to top it off the side effects of chemicals have been insane. I’ve been trying to be better. I know Aldi has higher food standards so I’ve been trying to get things from there and next on the list to buy a cow from the farmer/butcher. Because the things that they put in meat is 😵💫 including the dyes.
All you can do, is try to be as informed as possible with what you choose to eat. If Bill Gates owns it, (he's buying up farm land) DON'T EAT IT! 🤐
What about warren buffet ?? Or mark Cuban ? Do they have the same red flags ? Are they flying under the radar ? Really we all need to learn to grow our own food
Oh, absolutely question them as well! And yes, we need to grow our own food and build some co-op's while we are at it independent from them!

Love that one, mindblowing. The mass of those stars is so great that the gravity at the 'surface' is several billion times greater than that of Earth.
