Try to think about how you are feeling, how your clothes are fitting, and how your body is changing! Your focus should NEVER be just on the NUMBER that's on your SCALE!3

I am SUPER excited about getting fit! I have started a 100 day weight loss journey...NOT 100 str8 days( oh noooo)...i take the weekends off...i am currently on day 14! I eat...i do not starve myself, but i try to stick to my goals of healthier foods, and snacks...i eat in portions also! Good Luck to everyone!3

Ummm,,,Many people dream, with NO goals in mind...no intentions on implementing any changes in their lives...those are just DREAMS! If you have a FITNESS DREAM, to be fit, but sit on the couch doing NOTHING....those are just DREAMS also! DREAMS with goals, are dreams with goals.....but i am speaking of dreams "WITHOUT" goals!1

I am doing one of the following 5 days per week... 30-45 mins of cardio, walking 1.5 mi or more, or i do HIIT & TABATA. I also do 200+ ab reps per day (100 morning & 100 in the evening) Of course i drink 4 bottles of water daily, and i am also eating LC! At first i had to tweak my workout to find out what works for my body! So far... so good!2

Don't know if this will post. 27 -30 lbs here to lose. I am doing 1000 cal high protein. Trying to break several habits. Eating at night. Eating till nothing left.

I lost 35 pounds in 2 mths!!! From 389 to 350 currently. I still have a way to go to 220. Next club is 50lbs! Hope to see u all there!8

Hi, I have about 40lbs to go, (I've been on a 2 plus year long hiatus/Plateau/struggle/waste of time, hope I learned my lesson) and at the moment I'm doing high protein and low carbs, Jillian Michaels body revolution phase 1, and C25K again, starting week 7 tomorrow.0

I too have about 30 pounds I would like to lose. I have been focusing on drinking more water and eating healthier and as soon as I find my weights and resistance bands (I recently moved and haven't unpacked the box they are in yet) I plan on starting Jillian Michaels body revolution.0

I have 30 pounds I'd like to lose as well. Would be "okay" with 20 pounds...but 30 would be even better. I really do need motivation in this.1

@wahagent05 Hey there! Thanks for the welcome! I'm doing Low carb, high protein, I guess medium to high fat? Not sure about the fat really. ..I just know not to eat fat free items or margarine... for 3 weeks I'm doing low cals (800/day) and high protein and then I'll gradually increase my carb count and calories..I did this before and lost weight but I was going on an all inclusive vacation and my diet was out the window once I got there....0

I quickly gained the weight back (no surprise) and felt more out of control with my eating! This time I did some searching for tips and info on doing this successfully and will do this along with jogging (w8 d2 of C25K again ) and jillian michaels body revolution (w1 d3)

Sounds great Queen B! I am also on the LCHF journey! This is all new for me as well, but i am getting a lot of good info from the LCD group, that is definitely a great group to join as well! Plz keep us updated as to how things are going for you on this diet! Thanks for sharing!0
