I got mine at Costco for only $200 a few years ago. It's worth its weight in gold. Every time there's a meat sale, we stock up and have meat for months. Same with bread and frozen veggies.

The bags are a little pricey but if you get a good enough deal on the meat its worth it.

Fun fact, Richard Kuklinski was known as "The Ice Man" because after killing someone, he'd freeze their bodies for up to 2 years and then thaw them out and leave them somewhere to throw off the time of death readings. He is suspected to have had over 100 victims.

Believe it or not, he was caught as a result of having not let one of his victims thaw all the way. That led to ice crystals forming in his blood, and the police were able to figure out that the body had been frozen. From there, evidence that had previously been disregarded about Kuklinski was reevaluated and off to jail he went.
