    I carry the scale outside and weigh myself every day. (Mainly because the cement surface is the most consistent surface around the house) I get on and off at least 3 times, just to make sure. If it rains I do it very quickly :D

    I shave my back and shoulders but try to blend it with my chest and arms so it's not as obvious because I really want to avoid the Austin Powers look. .

    I absolutely love my family, but I'm totally cool with only seeing them every few months for holidays and such. I'd actually prefer to see them less. Every family gathering gives me anxiety and turns dramatic.
