    THANK YOU for your story! THANK YOU for taking the time to put in all the pictures!

    I did really well for a while, I was down over 40 pounds...then life struck and I didn't cope well. I lost all of those fabulous habits that were helping me to succeed. I have continued to log in to MFP website daily, but I have lost my habit of logging my intake daily. Soemthing that I am fixing effective immediately! THANK YOU for reminding me that MFP needs to be a daily commitment...not just logging into the site, but logging my food and excercise as well!

    Congratulations!!! What an awesome story! I almost fell over laughing at your "next to the old lady" comment! Lol, I can toatally relate (on one of my runs, I had an older gentleman pass me... only, he was walking!!!). It's good that we can laugh about this stuff now!

    You can do it, use this site and the log daily. Make small and consistent improvements in your diet and lifestyle. You WILL GET RESULTS if you do. :)
