My goals for tomorrow:
•Try out some core strengthening yoga in the morning (doctor says this will help to relieve lower back pain)
• Drink my water (1 gallon)
• Walk 10,000 steps which will include 9 flights (up and down=1) of the enormous set of stairs at the art museum (I did 8 today)
>> I want to add to my daily goals in a small way each day. If anyone has suggestions for small changes that I can make without using extra time, I'm all ears!1 -

TY jenilla! I actually did set a goal for better sleep/enough hours of sleep last night and I definitely need to eat more fruits and vegitables.

I met every goal for today except for one. I didn't do yoga in the morning. I did walk well over 10,000 steps, I took the many steps at the art museum 9 times instead of 8 and I drank my water.
The only goals that I'm setting for tomorrow and Saturday is to do 30 minutes of yoga, drink my water and make good food choices. Due to work, I won't have time for my normal evening routine. I will just make Friday and Saturday my active resting days this week.1 -
Well I did all except for staying within 1200cals. But I did stay within 1400...so I ate my exercise calories back. Not too bad!1

Today: Completed my 6 mile hike in the hills. Nice weather today!
Tomorrow: Sumo squats and dog walking.0 -
Today's goal: Actually eat at a deficit and do 12,000 or more steps.0

This is a great idea

This week I'm going to focus on veggie/fruit intake.1

Tomorrow:
* At least 10000 steps
* 2 litres of water
* Day 7 of arm challenge
* Put clean laundry away (my least favourite chore)1 -
Ran yesterday. Goal for today to do 30 minutes of walk jog combo on treadmill1

Played softball tonight. Had a great time and got good exercise bc I hit well! I've had a few off days due to scheduling, work, etc. I need to get back into the swing of things! My goal for tomorrow and every other day of this week is to drink my water and walk my *kitten* off...literally! I'm signed up for a 5k fun run on Saturday and I'm looking forward to that! I've set a new goal to participate in at least one fun run/walk per month for charity. I want the experiences and the t-shirts and of course the exercise and by not meeting this goal I will be letting down the community! I think this is a good plan for me.1

Not sure if I'm hitting the gym tonight or just going to bed...0

Didn't end up working out yesterday. So my goal for today is just to do some sort of exercise for 30 minutes. Also to stay within my new calorie goal limit--i've lowered it a bit to try to see some more results and so far I've been able to stick with it for the past few days, hopefully I'll be able to keep sticking to it!0
