I like that attitude! I've never really been one to compare myself to others. I'm very independent-minded. Whenever I want to motivate myself or be more competitive, I always focus on being the best version of ME, rather than being more like anyone else. Drink enough water to make my pee lighter that it's been for a few days
4 servings of fruit and veggies
Straighten out the mess that the Y has made of my membership renewal1 -
1. 15,000 steps.
2. If I end up going out to dinner tonight, I will not go over calorie limits.
3. 30 minutes of Pilates.1 -

Thursday goals
1. Drink plenty. Managed 2 litres
2. Get to work early so I can have a walk before work. Didn't get this one
3. Have two caffeine hits only had one coffee all day
4. Get an early night was in bed by 10pm!
Friday Goals
1. Start the 30 day shred programme
2. Look again for the Fitbit charger
3. Stick to calories
4. Non weight related but start packing for moving house next week!

Sorry for the other 2 days that I didn't check in. Mfp wasn't loading fast enough and I wanted to go to sleep on time and not wait, so that's what I did. Maybe I'll update in the mornings. It loaded quicker just now.
The last two days were a hit and miss. 1/2 decent time to sleep, 1/2 intentional, very brief exercise, and 0/2 8 cups of water. But one thing I can say is that I am trying, so I'm proud of myself.

Goals met today plus extra! Feeling good!
Wednesday goals:
-salad for lunch
-wall squats, try for 3x15 with good posture
-wear Fitbit to see how many steps in my day to day activities

I've seen several people wanting to increase their daily water; maybe this might help someone...I use a 32oz Contigo water bottle.... Sometimes it's easier to just think about drinking 2-3 of these instead of 8-10 separate cups of water. I have both the one with a straw and one without straw; both are great and don't leak! Plus if they do leak or break, you can get free replacements for life by going through their website.
