    Goal: no snacking after 7:00pm

    So, not much of a streak but I sure am sleeping better and my nighttime GERD is gone, so...that's nice.

    Every "streak" begins with one-in-a-row, then two. You're doing great. Keep it up!

    No snacking after dinner 27/31 nights. 7/27
    Can snack after dinner 4/31 nights but only on weekends. 1/4
    Allowed a piece of fruit on work nights.

    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

    Having a slice of homemade cheesecake for Mother's Day, and budgeting for the calories; I feel so responsible :smile:

    I said NO to Italian cream cake today
    And cookies
    And flan
    And cheesecake
    Ate fresh strawberries instead and loved actually saying NO THANK YOU
    I wanted them but in a way did not want them
    The old me would have said YES and spent day snacking zillions of calories and saying it ok due to Mother's Day
    Feel great to have strength to say no. So isn't like me.
    I am proud of you for budgeting your calories today.

    That's great @conniehealthygirl, a massive step. I still struggle with events and family get togethers. Yesterday I aye so much chips and dips it wasn't even funny.

    Very nice! Honestly, fresh strawberries are like a relief from all the bakery and dessert stuff, amirite? I loved saying NO THANK YOU to a whole lotta food yesterday too, because I knew even with a slice of cheesecake I was going to come in under my calories for the day. I have to remember this for other special occasions. Budget for something to eat at the end of the day that you really like, and enjoy saying no the rest of the day!

    Staying on track. Changed my dinner time to 6pm and adjusted my snack intake to after lunch and a light snack by 7:30. Staying true to my no snacks after 8PM.
