50 pushups. 10 sets of five pushups for 12Aug2016, Friday. Soon I hope to do five sets of 10 pushups, but I will do that through several weeks of 10-5, then 2-10 + 6-10, then 3-10 + 4-10, and then finally 5-10.0

Just finished doing 150 today Had to catch up from only doing 50 yesterday.
Been trying to do 50 decline pushups along w/50 standard plank pushups each day to increase difficulty and to work the upper pecs.
Total to date=1500. Just 1000 to go!1 -
Boy have I gotten lazy! Hadn't done any for five days, but 100 today brings me to
August total = 8000 -

Got today's 100 before lunch. Hoping to make up for some lost days this afternoon.
August total= 9000 -
25 yesterday. 100 this morning. Total: 1025
I've gone from sets of 25 to sets of 33. Maybe make up some time, it's the middle of the month & I'm not half way to 2500.0 -
