    I've been doing sets of 25. I get the set done in about 35 seconds.

    Just did my 100 for today. Total=1000.

    Must say that I really hate doing pushups. I know they're good for me but they are kinda boring and, rather than do them alone, I'm mixing them in with other things to break up the monotony.

    Included them with sissy squats, dips, barbell curls and reverse curls today. Made for a much more interesting and useful arm focused workout.

    8/11 56. I also did some bench tricep dips to make sure I also work that part of the arm.

    50 pushups. 10 sets of five pushups for 12Aug2016, Friday. Soon I hope to do five sets of 10 pushups, but I will do that through several weeks of 10-5, then 2-10 + 6-10, then 3-10 + 4-10, and then finally 5-10.
