After surgery I typically have to do this for a week or so until my gastrointestinal functions return to normal. The anesthesia paralyzes the gut for a few days. Luckily I haven't had surgery in ten years.... holy crap that's a record for me!

    This thread is an experience.

So far it's been cathartic, but I am waiting to see how it all comes out in the end.

This may be the only time where all's well that ends well doesn't apply. :)

True. But this thread has been a deluge of good advice. A veritable volcano erupting an effluvium of insight.

You're so full of crap

    Pyroclastic flow warning issued.

Do I have time to grab my cell phone?

If you take an enema, then, I predict an explosion of such epic nature that it'll be felt on Uranus.

I hear that people do them once or twice a year to clean out back up and bloating, but I would just detox.

Best detox ever came from a restaurant in KCMO(The Phoenix). I was on the toilet and using a bucket for projectile vomiting for three days! Nice people in the ambulance took me away to the hospital. Spent three more days in the gastrointestinal unit(nice place for lunch).

Definitely, It flushes out the food toxins that are still inside you from 1989

Why would you want to get rid of classic toxins? They're just now coming back in style

Very true. The establishment want us to be overflowing with toxins so we can buy their detox kits :+1:

I just take bubble baths, it works as enema.

I don't think you bubble bath the same way I bubble bath.... o_0

I just use regular bubble bath & soak for a 1/2 hour everyday.

Do you... introduce the soapy water into your lower intestine? Coz... then you don't bubble bath like I do. Sphincters are pretty water tight... I know warm water can make you poop, but unless there is... insertion... its not an enema.

Warm water makes my bearded dragons poop.
