    Well, I weighed in this morning and lost 1 pound. Not sure if I'll make it to my new goal as I would have to lose 3 pounds in the next 9 days, pretty tough. But that's okay, I'm happy with the pound. I know I've been staying on track, and I've added a couple of weight workouts this week so that could be why I didn't lose that much. Muscle weighs more than fat after all! I will take the muscle, lol!

    Hoping you are all doing well with your goals, I'm sure you are. Let's make the last week of the month the best one yet shall we?

    Woo hoo! Down 1 more pound!! I was pleasantly shocked when I saw one more gone because I went out with hubby last night for a couple drinks. I didn't workout and I even had a granola bar and a bottle of water at 1 AM. Maybe I would have lost more. Oh well, I'll take the 1 and run with it for next week.

    I took the day off today for no particular reason. Then I found out that my husband has the day off too. We're going to Great America (amuzement park). That will be some good walking. I'll need to bring some snacks and water with me though.

    woo-hoo down 1lb more... :happy: Getting to the point where losing just one pound is super tough though. Sticking to the food tracking and clean eating... working out at a fairly high intensity 6 days per week... not sure I know a way to "step it up" even more. Maybe I just need to be patient :tongue:

    Good morning and happy Friday July groupers! I am so proud of everyone this month! You guys are doing great!!

    I had weigh in this morning, and I am thrilled to say that, even with vacation, I am down 2.2 pounds :). That makes sticking to my plan and avoiding so many wonderful temptations totally worth it. And I didn't deprive myself totally. I was still able to enjoy some treats and lose. Yay!

    Shannon K- awesome JOB!!!! 5 pounds is amazing!!!

    Ridelike- great job! Be patient- this close to your goal a pound a week is awesome! :) Jojo is going to take back over for August.

    Gigi- Wow! Great job!! You are just rockin it!

    One more week left and I'm feeling my resolve slipping. I am trying to avoid making my kids a milkshake because I will want some. If they can hold out until tomorrow, I'll fit it in. I've been getting headaches again so I think my blood pressure is high. My sodium has been too high for too many days. I think I need to do more cardio and prepare some meals for the whole week.

    Hang in the Ebonia you have been doing an awesome job this month don't get this close and let it all go!!! Sounds like you need to be flushing with a lot of water and take it easy on the sodium. I love the plan with creating the meals ahead of time I use to do that and it worked great no second guessing. 1more lb to your monthly goal go get it and don't let nothing get in your way even yourself.

    Just a quick update as i wont be here for the end of July results - no loss again for me this week, i think i have hit a plateau again as i am close to my goal weight. thats okay though i can live with that.

    Off on my holidays today for 2 weeks, so i hope everybody gets the results they were hoping for.

    please add me on to the august list and i will find the new thread when i get back.

    hopefully i wont put too much weight on as i am taking my itouch with me and will be able to keep an eye on what i eat, and will also try and get some form of exercise in.

    wont have internet access so will catch up with all you guys when i get back.

    Well I debated on working out last night, it was 9pm and I was borderline tired. I chose not to but now I regret it, of course. I have 3 days to really make up for it. I have to start practicing to take on a challenge and not self-sabotage. I think I'm ready. Only one pound to knock out for this week/month. Gotta watch the sodium.

    Thanks cnbethea, Ebonia, and Tattoodfreak for your kind words and encouragements. Congrats on working so hard and losing weight. My foot is almost completely healed and i can feel just a tiny little pain right there.

    For you Tattoodfreak, CLX is actually going well, the cardio is a killer in a good way. This is my 2nd week and I have not noticed much difference as long as weight loss and inches go but I can see my body toning up and i am gaining lots of energy. I caqn now do six push ups straight beforew I go down on my knees. Anyway, sorry for the long post.
