    Here's my lame update:
    So, basically, I'm going to be on my period during my weigh in (AGAIN, grrr), so it's probably not going to be correct. I was hoping to get down into the 170s during July, which still-could-maybe-if-I'm-lucky-and-God-is-on-my-side happen.
    In other news, I will not be joining the August group. I leave August 12th to go on foreign exchange to Germany, where I shall ditch MFP, enjoy myself, and promptly gain 30 pounds, lol.

    Thanks for all the support you guys ever gave me. It was amazing and I could never express how grateful I am. I'll give my last weigh in to around the 30th or so. :)

    Well, in my quest to not give in to the "deadline" of the end of the month, I started level 2 of the 30 day shred. I am so happy I did it. My shirt is so sweaty!! :laugh:

    So, of course, I am being tested... my cousin, who married a good friend of mine called today and they are taking his wife to dinner tomorrow night for her birthday. UGH!!!!!!!! I love her but why this week!?! It has to be a test. I'm trying to stay ligh-hearted about this. I don't even know where we're going so I can't plan ahead until the last minute.
    Step one: drink water, no alcohol.
    Step two: no appetizer.
    Step three: portion control.
    I guess I could drown myself in water tomorrow since anything I eat is going to be full of sodium. It should be an early dinner with cake at her sister's after. I can handle not eating cake but I hope I'll be able to workout at some point. Stress doesn't help either so I'm going to bed and hope for the best. I hope they pick a place with calories on the menu or the website!

    Congrats Tiarapants, Sunshine, Gigi, ifychudy, and ridelikagirl on your weightloss this week!!!

    I went to the gym last night for kick boxing and I was sweating buckets so I wanted to see how it would show up on the scale and I was dowm to 161.2 but I was like I know I have to rehydrate so it will go back up and I did drink more water but this morning the scale still read 161 I am so motivated to go hard these last 4 days it give me hope that I can atleast hit my secondary goal to see the 150's on the scale!!

    Boy oh boy... Plyo kicked my butt today:cry: !!! I dont know if its the humidity or what but i was wondering if i was going to be able to make it through the whole thing today!!! I had to stop it a few times because i was getting dizzy :sick: but i made it throug to the end and feel GREAT now:bigsmile: !!! Plyo ~ I hate it, but i love it!!!! :love:

    As of today im down to 138lbs.... i need to lose 1 more pound to reach my goal!!! Maybe i can make it happen!!! Thanks cnbethea and by the way you are looking GREAT!!! Congrats everyone for all the weight loss, we are all doing AWESOME!!!:flowerforyou:

    well... plyo IS the MOTHER OF ALL WORKOUTS :tongue: although I do believe you hear Tony say that more than once through p90x... Good for you for sticking it out though! :smile:

I ordered Ahi tuna without the SALT sauce, brown rice, and broccoli. Yum, and I only ate half. So I also ate some cake. I feel ok but it's too late to work out. :yawn:

    I'll have to do a double workout tomorrow to knock out that last pound! Can't wait!!!

    Great job ridelikea girl! It comes off slowly when you are so close to goal, so 1/2 pound is huge!

    Ifychudy- I am so horrible at pushups! I hate them with a passion, and hate almost anything that requires being in a plank to do it. Not only am I small busted, but I can clearly see the bones across my chest, so I *think* my body just does not have that much musculature there. I would really struggle to do 6 full pushups, so GREAT JOB!!

    Gigi- congrats on the pound, you are doing so well!!

    MFPfriend- have a great time in Germany! I would love to visit there as I am part German. You will have to tell us all about it when you come back :)

    Ebonia- super job on doing level 2! Nothing better than being soaked and knowing you worked out so hard! SUPER job on the dinner out! Even though you had some cake, you made a great choice and only ate half! That is HUGE! And a little cake once in a while as a treat is ok!

    Tiara- awesome job exceeding that goal for the month- whoohoo!

    Wow Trusunshine!!! 3.2!!!!! SUPER JOB!!!! That is amazing!!!

    Cnbethea- I love kickboxing. My new gym offers it and I can't wait to take the class! Yay on your weight staying down!! You are almost at the 150s!!

    Gigi- SOmetimes I am that way with plyo. It feels like death some days, and other times I can do it without a problem. LOL

    Blh- GREAT job on the 4 pounds so far!!!! You are doing wonderfully!!

    Quick check in. I had that birthday dinner for my cousin/friend and found out she's on Weight Watchers so we were both scanning the nutrition guide. I ordered Ahi tuna without the SALT sauce, brown rice, and broccoli. Yum, and I only ate half. So I also ate some cake. I feel ok but it's too late to work out. :yawn:

    I'll have to do a double workout tomorrow to knock out that last pound! Can't wait!!!

    Way to go that was an excellent choice and kudos to you for only eating half!!!

    Alright guys let's finish strong and rock out August the last full summer month still some time to hit our goals and lay on the beach. Which is one of my personal goals to take some hot bathing suit pics on the beach so it can be late Sept. I am still going to go take my pics!!!:bigsmile:
