    So... there's a warning on a particular product I bought that essentially says "do not burn the _____ with open fire". Among other poorly worded things on this product description, I have so many questions about this particular warning.

    So what's on my mind.
    Then I get a message on office communicator about how his work day is crap but how am I?
    Oh you know. Good but busy. I'm over seeing the reviewers and coaches for the new hire employees, making sure there's timely and orderly reviews, and while still continuing to perform my duties as a lead and on top of that write 4 essays and a leadership statement for my meeting tomorrow.

    I'm good though.
