I lost nearly 10 pounds in the first three weeks of January and gained it all back in the last week. That's what's on this meaty breasted zilch's mind.3

My body does this constantly it drives me mad. When I'm getting sick I can put on 5 lbs. Too much sodium. Stress. All effects my weight. The scale is stupid.1 -

Does anyone else ever look at someone and think “wow your body is a work of art.. how you have sculpted it is amazing “ and just appreciate and observe every detail or is that just me?
I don’t mean sexual attraction before you lot start 🥴😜6 -

This has happened to me before...
I remember once going to Disneyland for a week and getting back on the scale 9lbs heavier 😬...
It almost all nearly came off within a week...
Stay strong Brother, it's still right in front of you!0 -

Absolutely... all the time.
Admiration doesn’t have to mean sexualization (is that a word?🤔)5 -

I suppose but it's different for both men and women imo...
Like a woman does not have to be athletic and sculpted to look like a work of art... You can be athletic and look like a work of art sure, but it's definitely not a requirement...
Men on the other hand... I think a male work of art and I think Frank Zane or something like that... And it's definitely not sexual 😂2 -
It’s boring around here on weekends.
Suddenly everyone has a life! 😜
I think it shows most people spend their time on MFP while they’re at work.
Also, when they’re not with spouse and family.
Just an opinion. 🤷🏼♀️1 -

I love mole! They are so good!2 -
Recent situations and experiences have made me further appreciate what I have (even if it's not amazing or fantastic according to the Internet) and be grateful for the few good people in my life. I don't maintain relationships very long and the few folks who stick around and still check up on me years later (including my spouse) deserve all my love and attention. They are good folks.5

When i was growing up i used to live on the 24th floor of a 43 story building. The elevator only worked a few weeks out of the year. We would be up and down those stairs so many times during the course of the day.......i wonder how many steps i got in per day?...........5
