On my mind...... I've been listening to a podcast and also reading a book about World War I.
My God, what those people lived through was horrifying.
.... and I complain when I'm served the wrong sauce on my chicken burrito.

I watched a show about WWI that focused on the drugs that were given to soldiers on all sides.
It was very disturbing.0 -
Tired. Worn down from a constant barrage of illnesses my kids & I have gotten since the beginning of the school year. Sad because I still have to go to work and I’d rather be home taking care of them. Worried because people are dying from the flu.10

Love the decorations, especially paired with the lighting. So pretty!!
One of the reasons I miss not having kids in my house every day. I feel silly decorating for a couple old curmudgeons.

Well, that was fun. In spite of truly excellent snow tires I barely made it to the top of the 1/4 mile hill outside my house. Then I came face to face with unplowed roads. I made the car safe and then walked home. I’ll be in bed if you need me.8
