Your mug's correct, you're a genius!
My son got me that mug for Christmas, I love it ❤3 -

How about an invite next time0 -
Why is it that when bad things happen it's not just one thing. It's like a domino effect. Sigh.4

2 observations from this weekend. #1...I guess I’m to the age where other people at a bar look to be about 15 yrs of and....#2....I was made to go to a country concert with friends and it was more like “rock music with a twang”. I wonder if that’s normal, I don’t listen to country music. One more thing....this song live, holy *kitten*, hot af. 🔥

Evidently not in my podunk little town. Couldn't even find Halo ice cream at my store today, they had plenty of Ben and Jerry's but.....I just could not say yes. That is dangerous territory for me. So I settled for 40 cal. fudgicles.

Hmm, I'm pet-sitting a couple of dogs and their daily "treat" is a 1/2 piece of toast with peanut butter...I took little a bite of both dogs 1/2 piece of toast before giving it to them...low point in life?!?

I woke up with no eyebrows and almost no lashes 😔 they have thinned out since treatments so I guess I'm surprised it hasn't happened before now. This may sound stupid but I think this affects me more than my hair loss. I don't even want to look in the mirror anymore. One more reason to keep staying home.

I know it can be of little solace, but I'm just incredibly moved and inspired by you everyday... And not just because of what you're going through...
You are as COURAGEOUS, as you are BEAUTIFUL!
Why these things seem to happen to the best of us, we are not meant to know I guess...
But my ❤️, and 💭 to you every day!
Rooting for you Mama!10 -
I'm obsessed with my new coat. I bought it to replace one that was worn out and filled an essential function (waterproof, still warm at temps around freezing) and it's way way way better. How can it be so warm and feather light?
Anyway bless this thread for giving my stupid thoughts a place to reside.1 -
Yesterday an old friend who lives far from me wrote on Facebook that she misses my weirdness. A couple of days ago another old friend said that I am quirky and funny and have a unique point of view.
It’s good to know people who appreciate me for who I am - especially because I can’t be anyone else. 💕10 -

I often wonder about the psychology of this place... I mean, are we all a little weird? I mean it's not like there are 50k people using chit-chat 🤷🏽♂️...
Probably a really small core group of people who come and go comparative to all the rest of the forums as a whole...
Is there just something about this place that attracts people like us to it... Or are we just the ones who found it...
Why are my coworkers playing candy crush and I'm here 🤔... It's kinda almost odd honestly...9 -

Self-selecting for oddballs. Maybe. Or people who like to talk about ideas.4 -
