I took a break from MFP, and came back to see my good friends have deactivated their accounts. I am so sad and heartbroken over this. I really miss you and wish you would come back, Scott? Mark? where are you?0

Boss just told me that they are giving an annual raise of 2% across the board. Which is a slap in the face. But, wait, I'm at top of scale. So, nothing. Not completely true, I guess they are going to give me a bonus check that will be what that 2% would have amounted to.
Oh well, 496 days until retirement.

Putting on my detective hat for a minute... There was a guy who recently posted from a new account looking for a girl who had disappeared from MFP. He was posting from this new account because he didn't want his wife to know he was trying to find this other girl. He then went on and on about this missing girl for a couple of paragraphs. Subsequently most everyone gave him some grief over his post, and I don't think it even exists anymore.
NOW, I wonder if one of your good friends might not be this guy, and if you might not be the girl he was trying to find.
This is probably just a fantastic fantasy, but it's fun to imagine that's what is happening. In my mind anyway

LOL we were just friends, but very original MFP friends, so they were very special to me and both are single, I am not. Friends zone! lol0 -
