    It's crazy how things start here and most places one person says something to one person then all the sudden everyone hears something different!

    Sometimes we just have to turn our direction another way and be the bigger person!

    If it was told to you on MFP there is a huge chance it's not true.

    I've heard of men and women getting jealous of other people on here and spreading lies. So it's important to validate your sources.

    Can't get enough of office politics, cheap rumor mills, bragging, fake friendships and mean spirited speculation about total strangers - work extra hours at your job because it's fun or at least addictive.

    Or recreate those exact dynamics at MFP! Bring your work home with you.

    Over all I didn't have many issues with the forums and find them a nice place to kill time. I mean get support for fitness.
