    I love that my 16 year old's friends like to hang at our house. He and his girlfriend just made snacks to take back down to the man cave for them and a few other friends while playing Xbox. It warms my heart.

    My 8 year old on the other hand just stormed out the front saying no one even gets her around here. All because her brother didn't stop what he was doing to air up her bike tire. It makes me laugh.

    I might go air up her tire. When I decide to get up.

    Watching a friend order her Herbalife Weight loss shakes in her attempt to lose fat weight. It's forced me to accept that "the short cut ideal" will trump facts everyday. Med School doesn't prevent one's susceptibility to fads. They refuse to apply Cals In Cals Out. They refuse to apply a reasonable energy expenditure through some sort of workout commitment. They continue to eat everything in sight, plus the shakes.

    I've tried to help. My sister has to. Mind boggling.

    Well... I've been going doing this workout for a while and it's been good and I've realized some gains and I've been happy with it and I've grown. But I'm afraid I've hit a plateau. Maybe it's time to try something different and see if some other program is better for me.
