    Picked up my new race paddleboard today. Wind was 10-15mph, but still had to try it out. Only out for less than a half hour, and it kicked my butt! But that board is pretty sweet and super stable. Looking forward to getting it out on Wednesday when conditions are supposed to be low wind and smooth on the bay.


    1 December: 125 min SUP (5.25 miles); 18 min Load/unload Board; 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 146 minutes
    2 December: 60 min Gazelle/Glider (3.8 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 63 minutes
    3 December: 147 min Walking (5.91 miles) = 147 minutes
    4 December: 48 min Cleaning/Decorating; 45 min Gazelle (2.65 miles) = 93 minutes

    I have a question: I am exclusively nursing a 10 week old, and I read online that is about 500 calories a day burned. I have been putting this in my cardiovascular exercise section...is this where it goes? Or does it really matter? (I wouldn't count this as my 24 hours worth...just asking.)
