Picked up my new race paddleboard today. Wind was 10-15mph, but still had to try it out. Only out for less than a half hour, and it kicked my butt! But that board is pretty sweet and super stable. Looking forward to getting it out on Wednesday when conditions are supposed to be low wind and smooth on the bay.
1 December: 125 min SUP (5.25 miles); 18 min Load/unload Board; 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 146 minutes
2 December: 60 min Gazelle/Glider (3.8 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 63 minutes
3 December: 147 min Walking (5.91 miles) = 147 minutes
4 December: 48 min Cleaning/Decorating; 45 min Gazelle (2.65 miles) = 93 minutes
5 December: 46 min Strength Training; 27 min SUP (1.26 miles); 9 min Load/Unload New Board; 5 min Sumo Squats (5 sets x 15 = 75); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 90 minutes

I have a question: I am exclusively nursing a 10 week old, and I read online that is about 500 calories a day burned. I have been putting this in my cardiovascular exercise section...is this where it goes? Or does it really matter? (I wouldn't count this as my 24 hours worth...just asking.)2

I put it in my cardio, but I only did 300 calories4 -

@angmarie28 pretty much already answered, but I thought I'd add a small point - the only exercise on MFP that counts towards a calorie 'burn' is the cardio section. Anything put under strength training doesn't get a calorie burn count associated with it (however, you can add a separate entry for "strength training" in the cardio section and put in the amount of time of the workout to estimate a burn, which is what I do to get some of it to count).
Another option would be to make a food entry with negative calories, if you didn't want to put nursing under exercise. I did a quick test with the 'quick calorie' option and it did accept negative calories, so that might be an alternate way to log it.
Either should work, and I don't know that it matters where you put it. It would be more of a personal preference thing.1 -

Felt pretty 'meh' today, so I didn't do much. Hope to have a nice long paddle tomorrow on the new board. Still predicting 'smooth' conditions. I like smooth water!

Great paddle today - weather and conditions were amazing! Board is super fast! So excited to have it. Other than a bit choppier, it looks like another good day for paddling tomorrow since Friday and Saturday are looking not so great.
