I am thankful to this and the December Fitness Challenge because these motivated me to work out. The December Fitness Challenge helped a lot for me to accumulate more minutes because I have to do a workout except on rest days. Working out made me feel a little stronger too I would be happy to join another one on January2 -
Had grand plans to get some more miles later tonight and do my planks. Neither happened, partially due to working late and partially due to getting sucked into that evil Facebook for two hours...sigh, I really can only log into it about once a week or I will lose a lifetime.

I'm pretty happy with the result. I knew I had to push to maintain, yet I surpassed my goal I managed to lose another 6+lbs this month too.
My secondary goal of introducing more variety was successful. I had been running, walking, and calisthenics, but now I've added kettlebell workouts, a stationary bike, and even bought some skates.
