Congrats to everyone that participated in the challenge for December. Even if you didn't meet your goal, you probably did more than you've done in a while...and that is an accomplishment! Hope to see everyone in January's thread! New year, new month, new goals!
Personal Goal: 36 hours (2160 minutes) - Exceeded!
1 December: 125 min SUP (5.25 miles); 18 min Load/Unload Board; 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 146 minutes
2 December: 60 min Gazelle/Glider (3.8 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 63 minutes
3 December: 147 min Walking (5.91 miles) = 147 minutes
4 December: 48 min Cleaning/Decorating; 45 min Gazelle (2.65 miles) = 93 minutes
5 December: 46 min Strength Training; 27 min SUP (1.26 miles); 9 min Load/Unload New Board; 5 min Sumo Squats (5 sets x 15 = 75); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 90 minutes
6 December: 45 min Gazelle/Glider (2.55 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 48 minutes
7 December: 83 min SUP (4.25 miles); 30 min Load/Unload Board; 15 min Cleaning Board; 5 min Sumo Squats (5 sets x 15 = 75); 2 min Planks (2 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 135 minutes
8 December: 15 min Load/Unload Board (but didn't go out, too rough); 120 min Light Gardening and CHRISTmas decorating = 135 minutes
9 December: 18 min Standing Ab Video Workout; 7 min Planks (2 x 30 sec - side; 4 x 30 sec - forearm; 4 x 60 sec - straight arm); 60 min Gazelle (4.01 miles) = 85 minutes
10 December: 14 min Radio Taiso (beginning and ending of workout, 2 x each); 18 min Standing Ab Video Workout; 6 min Rockettes Workout; 5 min Sumo Squats (3 sets x 15; 2 sets x 20 = 85) = 43 minutes
11 December: 135 min Gazelle/Glider (9.11 miles) = 135 minutes
12 December: 46 min Strength Training = 46 minutes
13 December: Absolutely NOTHING, think I needed the break
14 December: 127 min SUP (6.1 miles); 30 min Load/Unload Board; 10 min Walk (.44 miles); 5 min Planks (2 x 30 sec - sides; 2 x 30 sec - forearm; 3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 172 minutes

27 December: 30 min Walking Through Airports (.84 miles) = 30 minutes
28 December: 15 min Load/Unloading Board; 115 min SUP (4.7 miles) = 130 minutes
29 December: 15 min Load/Unloading Board; 65 min SUP (2.52 miles); 15 min Cleaning Board and Equipment = 95 minutes
30 December: 16 min Rowing (2595 meters/1.6 miles); 40 min Strength Training; 11 min Fixing A/C = 67 minutes
31 December: 10 min Planks (2 x 120 sec - straight arm dolphin; 1 x 60 sec - straight arm with overhead reach) = 10 minutes
Total: 2413 minutes out of 2160 minutes (36 hours) Over GOAL! ~ 40 hours, 13 minutes (way more than I expected)
Left to Goal: -253 minutes (over goal)
