A bit behind in posting. The Amazing Race challenge ended Sunday, and my team tied for first place. It was glorious...but everyone is admitting to being exhausted now that the 8 weeks are over. Probably why I did zero yesterday. However, more than made up for it today. Weather was awesome, water was smooth...new race paddleboard is exceptional.
1 December: 125 min SUP (5.25 miles); 18 min Load/Unload Board; 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 146 minutes
2 December: 60 min Gazelle/Glider (3.8 miles); 3 min Planks (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) = 63 minutes

4 December: 48 min Cleaning/Decorating; 45 min Gazelle (2.65 miles) = 93 minutes

Kinda of a blarghy day for me today, but got a little bit done. Should have gone out paddling, but just didn't feel like it. Guess I'm still in a bit of recovery from the race...or I'm just PMSing...could be either at this point.

I'm ahead of pace, but Christmas maintenance week might hold me back.
I'm happy I'm doing this challenge! It has forced me to fit exercise, like kettlebell videos, after work to keep my numbers up. It has detracted from sleep a little, so I'm not sure I'll shoot so high next time.1 -
