    Hey all, back here for about the fifth year running :s Been back a month and going strong but feel that a bit of motivation wouldn't go amiss. I'm 41 and feeling it so the aim is to be 42 and feeling like 22. I'm using a Garmin watch to help track my activities so if anyone wants to connect on there as well, add me and let me know.

    Good morning all. Such a wonderful, busy group! Have been on the road for the last week. Heading home today. Was at my running camp reunion. Did a 5km race Friday night and a half marathon Saturday morning. Both were great! I may be a little slower but finished both feeling just fine.
