Wow, good luck! I can't quit dairy, I could stop alchohol if I real wanted but I live on milk.

OK good morning and happy Sunday all you M agers. Last day of vacation. Getting early start to week have few things to do today before work week. Hoping to get back at it th is week. Workout and eating even better. I would really like to get to my goal weight by the end of the year.Good luck all.2
