    Yep, I agree wholeheartedly. The good news is that there are LOTS of inspiring examples of what high performance looks like among folks in their 50's-80's.

    @bill9160 - LOL, mine was crumbling too, but I've I started refurbishing it. Its still haunted, though. ;)

    G'day from Australia. Wife just hit the big 40 and I get to late 30s (38) on the 10th. Feel free to add me as well. I'm a radio broadcaster, comedian, screenwriter and former pro wrestler (that usually gets the most attention) :)

    you'd think by the time one reaches middle age one would learn when rinsing the soap dish while in the shower if you drop it do not stop it with your foot. Ya clearly I didn't learn that and now I have a bizarre bruise on my foot.

    That being said I will now go stuff it in a skate and enjoy a class before my dr appt this afternoon, In case I get banned from skating have a good day friends
