    It was another beautiful day so I decided to take the boy to the pool after school. I laid on a lounger until it was hot tub time. My shoulder let me know today stinking isn't in the cards. Oh well I could barely swim anyway

    I'm obsessed with Cook's Illustrated and I went to look for dinner ideas and they had how to fry and egg perfectly. So I was like I need to try their technique.

    I'm also on a bread making kick. I forgot to get a loaf started so I'm making English muffins instead. Well attempting them. Should be a fun experiment

    You can put on rubber boots and go walk in the rain. Splashing in puddles is very therapeutic
