Thought I was on a plateau. Tried IIFYM and it added almost 1000 calories to what I was eating. Then the weight steadily came off about 2 lbs a week. Definitely worked for me0

This may have been addressed... But I have a question...
When calculating your macros on IIFYM macro calculator, say theoretically I work out 3x per week. If I enter that on IIFYM calculator should I be still logging it into MFP??
OR
Should I put sedetary on the calculator and then log my exercise as normal...
