I would love to join. Please add me. Single mama of 4 busy teens. I work and am in grad school. I've gained a ton of weight in the past couple years and want it gone! I want to feel and be healthy again.2

Weight loss method: tracking food in MFP, starting Isagenix today; using fitbit to track steps, goal 10,000 a day, walking 7 days a week; starting exercise program next week after giving body time to adjust to new nutritional program.

I am a 30 year old married Mom of 3. I own a business, volunteer weekly, and take care of my ailing mom. Finding time for myself has not been a priority. I lost 4 pounds between September and December. Since Christmas I have lost 28 pounds by watching my diet. I started exercising a little in February. I would like to step it up and lose quite a bit more by our vacation at the end of June.

Back in the loss column this week! Good week of staying under my calorie count and logging in exactly what I ate. And guess what???? – It worked. I’m still recovering from shoulder surgery so my usual exercise is lacking. On 13 Mar I will be cleared to resume guarded but more active use of my arm. Then I will be able to include exercise to my arsenal of good diet and monitoring tools MFP has provided me.
I’m back below the milestone of 180 pounds and plan to stay there. With about ten more days with my arm in a sling I can see the light at the end of the tunnel as far as my shoulder recovery goes. Hope you all have a good week 10.

Weight loss method: low fat, low sugar, low calorie, logging everything I eat.... and TRYING to lay off the alcohol.
I'm surprised I did so well, because I ate more than my share of french fries this week! But I also did a lot of walking, and ate a lot of salads, so they must have counteracted each other.
I have nothing special going on in the near future, so there's no reason not to have another great week next week. I'm SO close to the 30 pound mark.... maybe by the end of March? After that, it will be on to the next goal!

UGW: 18-20.5% body fat
Weight loss method: Weighing, measuring and logging all food. Ensuring I have enough protein and good fats for satiety. Kettlebell and lifting workouts. My goal is 122g of protein each day and 25g of fiber. Workouts consisting of kettlebells and lifting. I also try to incorporate HIIT and Tabata as well.
I forgot to check in last week. Sorry about that! Life has been crazy.
