HI,
Well this is me reaching out. i normally don't post things on threads etc but this time i am as i am seeing it as a way of accountability for me.
who am I. Well i am 37 who is 5 foot and at last count 78 kgs heavy. My goal weight is 65 and then i might re-*kitten* this to 50 kgs (which is my BMI weight as don't forget i'm short )
my line of work is basically sitting at a desk or in a car all day every day. and my hobbies include painting and gaming..which is not some of the best activity based activities. My exercise program is currently home bike for 30 mins and walking on average between 10 - 12k steps a day. The dr has also put me on Dramamine to help kick start everything..
So yeah this is me. if you feel that adopting me would work let me know1 -
I'm looking for someone to help motivate me, and who can check in regularly via Whatsapp for questions/support!0

Hi, my name is Tiffany, I'm 26 and looking to live a healthier lifestyle. My biggest struggle is working midnights, I am tired ALL of the time. I enjoy healthy foods, I am not picky. I also have a problem drinking soda daily, which I am going to cut out of my life and drink more water instead. I am not big on exercising, but I do enjoy walking. At 5'2" I weigh 200 pounds, this is the heaviest I have ever been and I feel the damage it is starting to do on my body. I have a lot of upper body weight, and it bothers me daily. I am open to starting out with light exercises and would love some help with nutrition and low-cal foods. It's time to get my life back, I could really use someone's help to keep me on track and educate me about living a healthy lifestyle.0

This is so awesome. If anyone has room for another, I'd love to be adopted. I'm 40, mom of seven, 5'6" and 177 lbs. The main reason I want to lose weight is because of my back. It has been bothering me SO much. Well, that and my limited flexibility, limited abilities to do things, etc. I have to cook for my big family, but I can cook ahead of time for myself. I feel like I know what to do- I just haven't been able to see it through- I cave and overeat, mostly on sugary foods or junk foods.0

OmG how did I not notice this sticky all this time!!
About me. Im 41 year old mom of 8. Ive been over weight my entier life, from 130 pounds at 11 all the way up to a pregnancy high weight of 256, all on a 5' 2" frame., yickes.!!
Currently Im 215 after losing 22 pounds since joining in February. That was with diet changes only as Im recovering from a car accident that I was in in 2015.
I had, hopefully, the last surgery on my leg and am on a walker and allowed only partial weight bearing on one of my legs.
Im really want to get into strength training but Im kind of clueless about how to get started given where I am in my recovery. Please dont say I have to wait till Im healed1 -
Please some one pick me0

Hi I would like to be mentored. I'm 34 5'10 and 210lbs. I would like to lose 30lbs. I'm more concerned on help on making healthy lifestyle changes. So I can be healthy for my kiddos and be a good example for them. I've already cut out the processed foods and kicked my soda addiction. I would like some help on starting to exercise too.
Thanks,
Kelli0 -

I'm just starting out and trying to lose around 30 pounds. I struggle with lack of energy but starting to notice a natural difference by trying to eat more protein. Adoption would be great. I am so uneducated on healthy!1

I am starting a journey. I want to go from obese to normal weight. I don't know how long it will take, but I'm all in. If anyone is interested in mentoring me, I would appreciate the help. I am a 48 year old man living in Connecticut. I retired from the Navy and now work as an accountant. Thank you for taking a chance on me!

I'd like to be adopted! I need someone to help me be accountable. I'm a 24 year old PA student looking to lose some weight and gain some strength. I love cooking and binge control is my biggest goal. Looking to lose ~15lb.0

Adopt me!
I am 31/F/5'2"
SW: 186
CW: 174
GW: 120
I would really like to start lifting but I'm also really shy. My husband refuses to go to the gym with me. We have a treadmill but I hate running. I am currently working on adjusting my macros. For a while I was doing the vegetarian keto diet but its way too restrictive.
For now I'm just going to count calories and try to work up the courage to go to a gym by myself.

Could I be adopted? I am back where I started. It's depressing to go on the scales and see them not move from where you were two weeks ago. I'm tired and ready to give up.
Yet. Here I am. Day 1. Looking for friends. Looking for mentors.1 -
I would like to be adopted because I need an accountability partner and I would like to have help with logging recipes1

Hi I am a 60 year old female in search of support on need for a lifestyle makeover. I have over 100 pounds to lose so it seems daunting at this point of just starting. I like to walk and used to golf but my endurance is next to none now so need to lose some weight first. I would really appreciate someone who is supportive and encouraging to speak with on the journey. I am 63" tall and weight is 266 lbs. My job is essentially sedentary. My husband and I are also raising our two grandkids ages 5 and 8. Life is busy but I need to make time for myself and my health. Would welcome a mentor. Thanks in advance.2

I know we are supposed to read the intros and find a mentor for ourselves .... But I am wanting to put this here JUST IN CASE any mentors go looking as well.
I'm 30, oh typing that hurts. Lol. I am looking to change my overall health and eating habits. I am having an issue cutting fat from my diet, for some reason it just seems to get in there. I have cut a lot of sugar and calories and I also use. I am in Texas/US.1 -
I am up for adoption...I have 15-20 lbs to loose it just seems so hard to get rid of does that make sense?1
-
Would love to be adopted. I'm a mother of three that's been having trouble losing the rest of my weight, around 70lbs from the birth of my son. I suffer from PCOS and multiple back and hip problems, so I need someone that has knowledge about these issues and can work with me to achieve my goals. I would really love to be confident in myself again. I use FitBit as well. Can also use other programs if necessary, no fads though. Any help would be appreciated. Adopt this adorable puppy today1
