    I had a bad day today, but eeked out a few minutes despite my headache today.


    24 January: 62 min Chinese Workout Videos; 60 min Glider (4.31 miles) = 122 minutes
    25 January: 30 min Glider (2.04 miles); 4 min Planks (4 x 30 sec - forearm; 4 x 30 sec - straight arm) = 34 minutes

    Total: 1401 minutes out of 2160 minutes (36 hours)
    Left to Goal: 759 minutes

    I'm finally getting closer...over 24 hours finally, now working to see how close I can get to my goal of 36 hours.

    27 January: None - worked late
    28 January: 37 min C25K (Wk1/Day1) + Walking (2.15 miles); 45 min Glider (3.12 miles); 180 min Cleaning Out Kitchen Cabinets = 262 minutes

    Total: 1698 minutes out of 2160 minutes (36 hours)
    Left to Goal: 462 minutes

    Over 31 hours. Will be close, but I doubt I'll get to 36 hours - so sore from all the working out this weekend, but who knows, maybe I'll be motivated tomorrow and Tuesday.

    I'm so upset I won't meet my goal! I pulled a chest muscle last week and hasn't been able to exercise (barely been able to move at times) at all since Friday. And I was on track to reach my goal as well!!

    Hey, healing properly is much more important than hitting an arbitrary goal. Rest up and get yourself healed first. Hard to do when you like to be active. And when you feel up to it, join us again in February. Hope you feel better soon!
