Yesterday R 3/23/17
1) Keep w/i 100 of Total Daily Goal - No, I was overtired and snacking put me over
2) Participate in workplace spring hike at lunchtime....the weather is really dreary, but get out there anyway and move! Yes, so glad I did: we saw an owl, heard sandhill cranes, and found a turkey feather.
3) Floss and apply cream - Yes
4) Bedtime by 10:30 no TV - No

7. DO NOT WEIGH MYSELF. Wait until sunday. The scale is not a predictor of how I am doing
Did great all day long, but made the mistake of going to the g rocery store when hungry. At the checkout, they had these stupid Chocolate Bark candies. Well, it ended up in my grocery cart. I ate a few on the way home (1/3 of the bag was 220 calories, and since I was low enough in my calories for the day, and had a light dinner planned, I thought I would be OK). Big mistake. Ended up eating the entire bag - putting me close to 1900 calories for the day.
Another mistake I made was weighing myself. I had lost weight while sick - now 3 lbs up. It is so hard not to get discouraged.
but. ... today is a new day.

I am feeling well rested. It is true, the more water I drink the less hungry I feel. Throw in a cup of coffee or two, stay busy. That's the plan!! I wish I could jump through and give you all a hug, and a hearty pat on the back. It's not always about everything you wanted to do, but doing something. Great job on those little daily victories! Today, is in fact, A NEW DAY

10. lay out gym clothes for tomorrow morning, and GO! Took my first ZUMBA class this morning -- loved it!!! A great way to start my day, after last nites eating frenzy!
A new day after a nite where I think I ate anything and everything in site. Don't know why I can't control this better. Once I get started, my mind forgets. But... its a new day. And I started it in the right way - with a zumba class, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Yesterday F 3/24/17
1) 10,000 steps - No 7,600 steps. Cold & rainy = no dog walk, plus lazy = no treadmill. At least I packed up all my snowman decorations last night, it was about time.
2) Keep w/i 100 of Daily Goal - No, not even close. I did fine until evening, then snacked b/c I wasn't satisfied with my meals throughout the day, even with 12 glasses of water. I want to do something about that.
3) Floss - No...late night watching Wisconsin Badgers game in Sweet Sixteen, which ended at midnight (overtime). Then stayed up for hubby to arrive home from work by 12:30. Late night = no flossing.
Just for today Sat. 3/25/17
1) Treadmill at least 1.75 miles...cold, rainy, windy weekend = no dog walks, and 10K is next Sat.
2) Drink > 8 glasses of water
3) Eat fewer calories than yesterday
4) Floss2 -

- totally refocus my mind to build motivation - not actually done this, but succeeding today has made me feel real good!
- Eat less than yesterday - yep! Only over a little so treated myself to wine!
